We heard about ASE from friends who had used their services so we had no hesitation about approaching them to carry out our home improvement project. Everything was so straightforward from our first meeting with Daniel in the showroom to the final part of the installation. ASE should be very proud of all its employees - a really pleasant team. We would definitely recommend ASE because they supply lovely, good quality products and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. We would like to say a special thank you to Luke from the installation team who went out of his way to be helpful and friendly and he also returned to finish our 'bespoke' shower door in time for our guests arrival which we really appreciated. Further to the project work on our En-suite and Cloakroom recently completed I now take this opportunity to thank the ASE team who undertook the work under the guidance of Andy Vear. The attention to detail was first class and also the tiding up of the workplace after each session . We had no hesitation about working with ASE once we visited the showroom and talked to the staff there. All members of the ASE team do an excellent job and are friendly and helpful people to work with. We changed the specifications of the new bathroom many times before fitting commenced and the ASE team displayed patience and made many helpful suggestions to assist us in making our minds up. The quality of workmanship/service is excellent in all respects. We were a little hesitant as we didn't know of anyone who had used ASE, so we had no idea of the quality of the service or the work. We decided to visit the showroom in Ludlow. It was a great experience right from the start. I would like to thank Daniel who dealt with me with tremendous patience as I agonised for a very long time over the multitude of choices available. He had good product knowledge and ideas and helped me to arrange the bathroom to maximise the space available. Daniel also told us that ASE had an 'in house' installation service so we decided to ask ASE to do the whole job. As soon as we met Andy Vear from ASE Install, we knew that we were in safe hands. Andy came to our home and seemed to tune in immediately to what we were trying to achieve. He had lots of good advice about the project. Although we had to wait for some time to have the job done, all went well and it was completed on the scheduled dates that we had reserved. It was a pleasure to have Andy and his team in our home. What we appreciated most was that Andy and ASE's tiler Scott MacKenzie were both perfectionists, persisting with the tasks until everything was exactly right. Furthermore, Andy returned promptly to fix minor glitches after the installation was completed. We are really happy with the end result. The bathroom has clean lines, is very easy to keep clean and has a definite 'wow factor' - all the things we wanted to achieve and our friends and family think it is wonderful. We would definitely recommend ASE's services to anyone who appreciates good workmanship and excellent customer service. ASE will handle everything and the job will be completed on time and to a high standard!
